Hi, I’m Lauren — a Christian homeschooling mama of five, and a devoted birthworker-in-training with a heart for helping other women build strong, faith-filled families.

Motherhood has shaped every part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve discovered just how powerful, sacred, and deeply transformational the journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can be — especially when it’s anchored in biblical truth, gentle support, and trust in God’s perfect design.

I’m currently attending (and still actively part of!) Biblical Birth School as I pursue my certification as a birth doula. I plan to continue this calling by joining the Postpartum Doula Program in the fall — because I believe mothers need just as much support after birth as they do before.

My approach is gentle, holistic, and rooted in honoring the body and birth as God designed it. While many doulas are naturally inclined toward holistic care, I’ve felt especially drawn to it in recent seasons — leaning more into natural rhythms, nourishing rest, and the Spirit-led wisdom of a woman’s body.

This work is deeply personal to me — not just because I’ve walked it five times over, but because I believe strong mothers build strong families... and strong families shape the next generation.
